Dawn Sillett

Dawn has over 20 years’ experience of designing and delivering training workshops and coaching. She has worked with many media, marketing and creative organisations to develop their talent. Dawn previously worked in advertising agencies both in the UK and overseas on a range of clients spanning FMCG, finance, automotive, retail and tourism. She has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and is licensed by the British Psychological Society to administer a range of psychometric instruments. Dawn is also a Strengthscope Master Practitioner and a qualified coach. She is the author of How to be Zoomly at Work and The Feedback Book.

Alison Green

Alison delivered her first Zoomly workshop over 10 years ago and most recently a few months ago. She gets high praise for her coaching and facilitation work, to which she brings considerable executive experience and strategic insight. Alison previously worked in advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi and WPP groups on some of the world’s leading brands, as well as establishing an agency network in South East Asia. She then spent 14 years in marketing leadership roles at AXA, where she mentored and coached colleagues and was a member of AXA UK’s Diversity and Inclusion Board. Alison is an Ashridge Accredited Coach, has an MSc in Executive Coaching, a BSc in Psychology and a degree in Marketing.
